The arts and culture sector in Calgary is essential to building a vibrant and resilient city and needs to be actively supported by City Council. During this election, we encourage arts supporters to tell their municipal candidates that civic support for arts and culture is an important election issue for them. When your candidates come knocking, ask them their perspective on the arts, and if they will support the sector if elected.

This Home Election Kit includes a sheet you can tape by your door with questions for your candidates should they come knocking. It also has a couple of basic facts about the impact of the arts in Calgary and a sign for your door or window proclaiming "I Vote for the Arts!"
